The Empowering Equity Academy is a joint initiative of the European Investment Bank and the European Investment Fund. EEA addresses the underrepresentation of STEM profiles, especially women, in the fields of Venture Capital and Private Equity. Through this program, we aim to empower the next generation of female leaders by promoting equity and inclusion in these critical industries.
